i love this story so much. a ghost story written by oscar wilde .... immediately love it. but no, i loved it as a kid as well and i'd often reread it. i also absolutely loved the cartoon and i like to rewatch it to this day. it's such a comfort story for me and it sparked my love for wilde's work, so i adore it ^_^
