Little House in the Big Woods by Laura Ingalls Wilder

5.0

Reading this as an adult is such a different experience, but there are ways in which it hasn't changed. This book is so charming, and I think it translates to all ages. Of course, I'm emotionally attached to this book because it was my first, real, read-all-on-my-own, chapter book when I was 5. But I really think it is such a special collection of stories and vignettes which capture a a child's daily life in a really lovely way.
