As someone who grew up seeing domestic abuse and being verbally abused, this had me in shambles. Part of me was screaming for Abby to run for the hills and the other part me felt conflicted with her. Dawson was a god send, and I'm thankful Abby got out of that situation. The ending had twists I wasn't expecting and I'm super grateful for the triggers provided by Katie at the beginning. It was nice for this topic to be discussed with empathy and not used as entertainment (cough, CoHo, cough.)
