I really enjoyed this book. It's a great blend of everything. It talks about the science, details some food experiments done that show it's WHAT you eat not how many calories, it has inspirational testimonials from real people on a 16 week plan, it has practical tips, and it has a menu and shopping list. All this without being tedious or overly long.

I'm going to follow this easy plan!
