i give this book a “meh.” the premise was incredibly interesting, but that’s kinda it. the writing is average, if not below average, and i hated the main character. she kept talking about how pretty she was and how her life was so hard, but i’m not sure she was even depressed??? ugh and the ending!!!!! was terrible!!!!! literally her talking about her best friend dying in 9/11 and how she saw a woman jump out of the buildings “and she was wide awake.” like hello???? why even write that???? all in all, cool idea for a book, terrible execution.
