Pretty Little Savage by Lucy Smoke
4.0
“Dean Carter is proof that not all demons live in hell. Some of them walk among us.”
This is a slow-paced intriguing read that has you getting to know the very broken, brilliant, resourceful female lead as she navigates a life that seems like the ‘short end of the stick’ in many ways.
Academy setting.
Bad girl lead.
Elite / ‘secret’ society.
Bad boys.
Fighting.
Lots of scheming and scandal.
Betrayal.
Bit of forced proximity.
Slow burn.
Rich kids.
SA
Vengeance
I did get drawn in and I do feel a need to read on into the series.
Lucy Smoke’s books are always a good time—this was no exception.
4 stars.
