Albatross is a brilliant, lyrical and comedic story of Adam Coryell, a high school student whose passion is writing. However, when his high school home room teacher decides to test out a new scientific theory, Adam is thrown into the golf world with a newly discovered prowess based solely on his body measurements. This book was an inspiring story of following your passions, even if they won’t make you traditionally successful. The narrative style felt as if you were reading through Adam’s writing and the authors word choice as well as the way he allowed the story to unfold was captivating.
