Very strange, almost like a fever dream.  It kind of makes sense on the surface but once you start looking below you realise it's very confusing and you don't know the rules.  You can enjoy the story from just this surface level, enjoying the writing and observations of this world and how each character acts, wondering what you would do with the Seep.  But it also works on a deeper level, a commentary on institutions trying to give you utopia and what you need rather than what you want.  It's a commentary on perfection and the loss of consent and choices.  However, this only got a 4-star from me, cause it was a bit preachy and lacked subtlety at some points.
