This book was it!!! I don't do that often, but I set a reminder in my callendar for this books release date, because I just couldn't wait to get my hands on it. And of course, I did pre-ordered I and got it a few days after release...damn the shipping!
This book was just what I imagined it to be and so much more! It was so thrilling to once again dive into the world of Alyce and Aurora and their totally gay and chaotic romance. Getting to re-explore Briar and the Dark Court was such an emotional roller coaster, but who am I kidding, so was this whole book. I mean, it made me cry over a goblin! And that's something I never imagined would happen. All the new characters who were introduced were so rich in character. I literally loved some of ghem and despised others with my whole being. I think, achieving such a rich array of characters truly shows how much of a talented writer Heather Walter is!
Okay, so, Heather, if you see this, I just wanna say thank uou for writing these beautiful two books! I just can't wait to see what else you're going to mesmerise us with.
