I have both true book and the audio. The audio is wonderfully told by the author. Viola Davis does a wonderful job of telling her life story. Authentic look at her rise from poverty, social bias, alcoholism and abuse. She found a way out and worked so very hard to shape a life that allowed her to get beyond the traps of the life from which she came. Encouraging, inspirational, motivating and eye opening. Well done. Viola Davis is leaving a legacy.
