Anxious People by Fredrik Backman

5.0

This book has everything I love in a novel: Intriguing and thought-provoking (but never contrived) life stories with complex, lovable and relatable characters, all intertwined into a narrative served as a mirror of our society. Even better, all those factors are supported by the ever witty, funny and charming writing that never let go of my attention. This novel succeeded in making me laugh then cry then laugh and cry some more. I highly recommend it to people looking for a deep yet entertaining read.
