I never wanted this series to end. I'm still in mourning and I wish there was more. If only this series was Throne of Glass status and had more books! I need more, but I guess I'll just have to settle with researching the Ottoman empire and Vlad the Impaler to satisfy my needs.

I know I've said this twice before, but if you like historical fiction and strong female characters then you need to read this book. Or, you should read the first two books in the series first and then read this one. Read them all!

This series has made me so excited to read more of Kiersten White's books and it has inspired me to read more historical fiction. I'm normally so picky about historical fiction, but I was wary about And I Darken in the beginning too. I was obviously proven wrong.

In case I haven't said it enough already: I love this book!
