Wonder is such an amazing book. Initially, besides my curiosity, I just wanted to get over my reading slump from this other book I'm reading—it's awful, by the way—and got over it I did!!

The hype is real, you guys. I can't say the same about the movie since I have yet to watch it (already added it to my to-watch list), but the book is so much more than what you'd expect. You'll not only learn about August but also fall in love with him and the people around him. And in the process, you will also get fresh lenses for your own life: you'll love yourself a little bit more and learn kindness along the way. This is a must read for everyone!!! Especially kids. Start them young, guys. Start them young.
