When I began reading about Molly, I was taken aback by the gruesome way in which she made people disappear with pigs. However, as I delved deeper into her backstory, I began to understand how she ended up doing that sort of job and resorting to such tactics.
It was heart-wrenching to read about how Molly hadto make the agonizing decision to give up her sister for adoption, but I believe it was the right choice to give her a chance at a 'normal' life.
Molly and Cage are two of the most lovable characters. Molly, in particular, underwent a remarkable transformation as a character. She had endured life-altering experiences that would have left anyone guarded and closed off to others. Nevertheless, Cage proved to be dependable and supportive, and Molly developed complete trust in him over time.
One thing to bear in mind is that the book has trigger warnings that should not be taken lightly.
