I gave this book a four because in the countless romance novels I’ve read, this was the one time where I truly resonated with the main character. Kristen’s struggle with uterine fibroids and making the tough decision to have a hysterectomy is my story. The ups and downs and the heavy weight of having to take a personal decision and share it with others/a potential significant other is something I’ve experienced and sadly, will continue to experience until I too find my Josh. Thanks for writing such a real and relatable character.
