theyre married....MARRIED. that scene near the end makes me choked up; they come so far.

thru many challenges big and small of being queer in a society yet to have widespread acceptance and be non-discriminatory and non-homophobic, adachi and kurosawa persevere and finally arrive on their big day w/ the help and support of their friends, close colleagues and family. and tho i wish we got to see more scenes, like them telling rokkaku, his and fujisaki's actual reaction of finding out, etc., this book's so good for the heart <3 and i love love.
