Another reviewer said something along the lines of “…being invited into someone else’s anxiety spirals isn’t exactly my idea of a good time.”

It is for me!

As the mother of a teenage boy who will be leaving our home relatively soon, I spent much of this book shouting, “OOF!” She voiced so many of my anxieties as a middle aged lady with a kid on the cusp of adulthood. Grateful for this one!
