What I look for in non  fiction is expertise from the author,  a general overview and in depth analysis on specific topics and highlight my preconceptions and unconscious bias is. The author has done all of these things. It challenges my view of the world, made me realise the impacts of my assumption and view things differently I think this should be a must read for everyone in the UK.
