Hold Me Today by Maria Luis

5.0

Another great read from Maria Luis and maybe this one is my favourite really because although I've only read two previous books by her, I LOVE this book more than anything.
You will fall in love with Nick, literally fall in love just after you read the first page:
"Yeah, I'm talking about the white picket fence, make love even when you haven't showered happily ever after. The kind that sinks into your bones and accelerates your heart rate and turns your hands into a clammy mess."
I love how Nick is ,a Greek godsend on earth to us and the relation that he has with Mina is just making you think more about any of your friends because although they know each other from childhood, with each minute that they pass together they learn more and more about themselves as adults and get more involved in everything that matters. She is so funny and without wanting, at times, sarcastic but boy did he deserved it. Knowing him since childhood she had an early crush on him for ages but her thoughts regarding him are so well described by the author that i want Mina to be my best girlfriend and teach me how to do things :)))
The banter, the attraction, the laugh out loud moments and the shouting at them at times as well, this sexy rom-com has everything that you are looking for in a book. You won't regret reading it and I'm sure you'll want more as i do.
