tal really deserves jail time for this for what he put me through. my life is in RUINS after this book.

this was even better than gravity, which i didn't think was possible. the team dynamics in his hockey romances are always my favorite part - he does such a good job of capturing the team together during the highs and the lows. this was much more emotional than gravity (which, again, i didn't think was possible) and dealt with more heavier topics that were handled so well. the way they healed together, the found family...my god. if there's any writer out there who can make me feel every possible emotion under the sun, it's tal.

i can’t even think about shea and moogs without fucking bursting into tears. this was beautiful, heartwarming, gut wrenching, incredible, stunning, iconic, and EVERYTHING. i really need to take weeks to process this. a fucking MASTERPIECE.
