i finally finished this book. i took a break from reading for over a year just because i wasn’t feeling it at the time anymore. unfortunately, i placed down this book due to that. i picked it back up last night being just over half way through and oh my god ??? why did i not continue this ??? ACOWAR is 100% my favourite in the series. this was an emotional rollercoaster to say the least. sure, there are flaws such as it *can* be repetitive and the writing is *not* perfect but no book *will* be completely flawless. i adore the characters, rhysand being my favourite. my heart was breaking at points, i was fearing for my favourite characters lives. i couldn’t put it back down once i picked it back up again. i highly recommend, give it a chance at least. if i could, i’d give this 6 stars.
