It kind of feels like this one just tried to wrap so much into one book. I mean we had the single mom, surprise baby, monster peen, and throw-in royalty plus a whole war going on. It's just really crazy and I liked it overall but, in the end, I feel like it just tried to cram too much into here that we didn't get to savor it all.
