Unfortunately another book that didn’t live up to my expectations. It took nearly two weeks for me to finish this book because I found it was pretty slow and it just felt like it dragged on. 

This book is classified as a ‘thriller’ but it really does not fit in that category, there was some twists and turns with Emma’s ‘big mystery’ but in the end I was pretty disappointed with the explanation, I don’t think any of her history needed to be covered up as a big mystery at all. I also found Emma’s character to be pretty annoying and unlikeable.

Overall, I wouldn’t really recommend this and I kind of wish I DNF’d it.
