Love Always by Riley Hart

Love Always
I enjoyed this one. Nate struggles a lot in this book, and I almost feel like it could have been avoided if again PARENTS didn’t set so many unrealistic expectations of their children. Yes, we want them to be happy and thrive but don’t be dictators of their lives.
Wren needs to be protected at all costs he’s life has been anything but smooth and he can’t and won’t trust anyone. Anyone he has ever trusted has let him down until he meets Nate.
They fall hard for each other but they both need to grow before they can really be what the other needed.
I don’t know that we needed another 5-year separation. I get it but that’s kind of where it lost me. The ending was what I wanted.
I very much enjoyed both of the Michael’s performances they really gave us the emotion this book called for.

Spoiler
The 15-year separation was perfect for this story. The reconnecting was hard and joyful all at the same time. But Nate has demons and Wren needs to let Nate do what he needs to do.I don’t know that we needed another 5-year separation. I get it but that’s kind of where it lost me.
