The Ghostwriter by A.R. Torre
5.0
I was not expecting going into this book that I would love it. It sounded intriguing, but didn’t sound like it would be what it was. A little addicting to devour.
It was a slow read, but in the best way. I think some stories need to be slow, and I’m glad this one is.
The main character, Helena, has terminal cancer. While I do not have cancer, I am essentially terminal. Some things Helena said were incredibly relatable. This was cathartic for me.
Anyways, I don’t want to spoil anything, so I’ll just say this: check out this book. It’s worth it.
