Absolutely hated the memory loss trope
But here we are

The ending kind of pissed me off. It was so abrupt and so many loose ends that I feel like it will make book two feel sloppy at the start.
Also DID RAEVE AND KAAN REALLY NEED ANOTHER VILLAIN??? We already have the evil sadistic twins. We have the aether creator who is just neutral wanting to destroy the world. And now we have the scavenger king who is definitely the head of the rebel organization…
Also I needed more Zeek torture because absolutely fuck that guy.
