An enjoyable time that has me even more eager to read more gothic tales. What really stood out for me though was the audible production! I was mostly indifferent to the 3D sound aspect but what really added to the atmosphere to make it perfectly gothic was the music and the background sounds, the scratching the horses hooves the rustling of fabric the wind blowing the pen scribbling the heart beating, all of it elevated the experience of the story. I really wish more stories were told like this, especially after listening to the adaptation of Carmilla which also did something similar
