I like this post-zombie-apocalyptic story better than Riley's Punishment - and that's because of Lana. She isn't a brat like Riley is, she just has a hard time admitting that she made a dumb mistake.
Even though you could get away with calling her stupid for masturbating on the job because that's just something you don't do.
I like how the consequence of the story isn't "Lana was naughty on the job so she got expelled from safety-land and now she can never have dick again" but instead it's "Lana made a mistake, so now she has to better her behavior" - and that's definitely a lesson any submissive can and should take away from this book.
And if you're just here because you like zombie themed smut ... That's also something.
Sawyer definitely sparked my curiosity because he's one of those cool "is wise because they've seen things" characters in comparison to Lana's "is overwhelmed and can't deal with shit".
I wanted to learn more about him and I certainly hope I get to one day.
