It was introduced, odd, and often funny. Very well written but the low rating is mostly due to my own taste. It is meandering and not much happens. The characters are unlikeable in a way that makes them sound like cartoon characters of bad people. I am not a huge literary fiction fan and thought I would take a jump. That’s not on the book that’s on me. If you enjoy lit fic, you’ll probably love this.
