This was similar to the first book except with heavy representation for the gays & theys. It was a cute and spicy story, but I felt like the author tried too hard to emulate the success of the first book. The budding romance was the main focus while the conflict played the background, as opposed to Sweet Vengeance, where it was reversed and felt more organic. The plot twist at the end was sweet.
