Awww this was such a cute holiday romance, with sweetie pie Morgan and swoony Barrett being all kinds of scrumptious while transforming Hickory Hollow into a winter wonderland!! and oooh the spicy spice definitely kicked this snowglobe small town charm up a few notches, and i just loved the cozy snuggly feeling i had at the end of this. Nothing crazy or intense here -other than the sexy smooching- which tbh would ordinarily throw me off but for some reason it really really worked for these two so i had no complaints with the level of heat!

I really enjoyed Bethke's narrative style and flow. It was light and fun, had great pace, and i thought the characters were all unique and engaging! I loved Arlo so much, and this whole sweet town was so precious, and i'm pretty much hooked on whatever's up next for Hickory Hollow because whatever's driving Carrington to snarl at Elliott was hellfire crackling and i cannot wait to get the story on that!

This was my first Kris T. Bethke but for sure will not be my last, because this was fantastic and i'm positive that whatever comes next will be as well!
