A List of Cages by Robin Roe

5.0

This is a goddamn haunting, shocking book about a boy who is frozen as a younger child due to the death of both his parents and the subsequent horrific abuse by his uncle.
Also a good look at friendship and what it means to be a family. I liked the idea of cages of different kinds and levels, since Adam also had his own cage, albeit one that was not abusive and only owed to his ADHD.
