In the author's note at the back of the Ladies of Ivy Cottage, Julie Klassen acknowledges the real women behind the fictional Ladies Tea and knitting Society in the book. Two of these women I know personally. It was fun reading the book and see how Klassen portrayed these two in the book.

I'm looking forward to reading the last book in the series.
