This book was utterly transformative and impactful, offering a striking revelation of how deeply human lives can be shaped by avoidable mistakes. I’d rate it an emphatic 9 or 10 out of 10. It masterfully balanced tension, delight, and the enchanting essence of Parisian life. If only I could experience reading this masterpiece for the first time again! Easily my favourite psychological novel to date.
