An enjoyable listen! It definitely felt like I was listening to a series of podcasts, which I really enjoyed. Very informative, it simultaneously felt a little disheartening (whyyyy are our bodies the way that they are??) and also hopeful! I really enjoyed how Lents wrapped it up, with a few encouraging words.
