This was a really interesting concept, showing the slow insidious nature of exposure to horrific things.  It also shows you how your work and the rules set by the company you work for can end up changing your perceptions and your life.  But I feel like this could have done more with the emotional fallout/explanation, it could have gone deeper into the character's experiences or realizations or it could have exposed more of the absence of the emotions.
