I finally finished this series after starting it last year and oh boy oh boy it's good! Kiersten White is one hell of a good writer, the way she writes dialogues, the political climate, action scenes and pretty much everything is so gripping and entertaining. They were quotes after quotes that I simply adored.

I loved loved loved Lada I'm just so glad that we have this character in a Young Adult novel, she is so different and head strong and cruel and determined, I just love her so much. The ending made me tear up a little. I love that in this one we see that more emotional side of her but it doesn't prevent her for still appearing strong. She's a very well rounded character.

My only issue is that, after three books I still don't care that much for Radu, he just appears so bland next to the incredible Lada.

Anyways, I always struggle to finish or really get invested in series but this one was just so good, I'm blown away by this writer and I recommend it to every young women and women out there who wants to read about an actual strong, badass, charismatic female leader.
