~This book ends with a cliffhanger!~

Control is the first book in the Shame series.

Wow! I'm not even sure where to begin with this book...but it was AMAZING! Ms Altom packed into so much to this book that other authors could have easily made it into several books. Control will take you on a perpetual rollercoaster of emotions as the book plays out and the story starts to unfold.

Ella/Julie is running from her past and finally feels like she can start to live again when she meets Liam. Liam is also running away from a past that haunts him. How these two learn to accept the others faults and begin to open up to one another is simply beautiful.

There were definitely a few spots that I wanted to shake the main characters, but doesn't that emotional involvement make the book even more enjoyable? I wasn't overly impressed with the Willow character but I understand why the author wrote her the way she did.

I thoroughly enjoyed Control and I can't wait to continue on with the Shamed series.
