This book deals with topics of mental illness that are important for teens to talk about. I think the author did a great job showing how mental illness looks in the day to day life. As a parent, I think this is for an older teen like 15+ because of the themes talked about in the book. I feel like teens would enjoy reading this and would learn a lot from it. Only gave it 3 stars because as an adult it was not a challenging enough read for me.
