Unlike necessary evils, this series is boring me to tears.
Same plots, different characters.
I don’t love that every single mc falls for. Sweet sassy soft boy. The tragic heroine in each novel just happens to be a twink with a bad case of ptsd. And the hero is always a rough and tough guy from the wrong side of the tracks who is only soft and sweet to their partner.
The plot takes a side seat to the relationships and the relationships are boring and predictable. The only thing that kept me interested were cameos of the characters I loved in the NE saga.
I’m bummed cuz I was looking forward to getting to know all of Jerichos boys… but I don’t think I’ll be continuing this series.
