As a fan of fantasy, especially dragons, this book ticked all my boxes. The world is complex, the magic is believable, the romance takes the right time, and the dragons are unique. I love the way dragons and humans interact--it reflects actual societal tensions and does make you think 'what if.' The main character's thoughts, meditation techniques and use of magic are interesting, relatable and refreshing. This is one I recommend to all fantasy lovers.
