Coaching Prince Charming by Hayden Hall

3.0

This was.. good but I expected more.

I read all the other books in this series and they were really good. The chemistry flowed between the MC's and it all flowed so good together.
This one fell flat to me and was a let down even if it was a good read.

Carter & Nate together could have been a great story line to run with but there were things that were rushed and had zero point to even doing with how it played after the fact.
The chemistry was not there for me. If you look at what their relationship is built on it isn't at all what should be the blocks to have said relationship on.
I did not have an issue with the age-gap that is what drew me to this book in the first place but when it's centered around Carters dad and his relationship with Nate is what got to me. Mention it a couple times then move on, dwelling on it gives this book a different vibe.

I really thought with this being that last book of the series that it would be better. All the other books before were more detailed and went more into the MC's than this one did at all. This was a skim off the top of what could have been a great story between a coach and a player.
