Gardner's Art through the Ages: The Western Perspective by Fred S. Kleiner, Helen Gardner

5.0

This was a comprehensive history textbook assigned for my Art History I and II classes in college and I can finally say I finished. Damn am I proud of that cause it a long read considering I should have finished it last year when my Art History II class ended. The text is engaging and the way the art is depicted in this colossal read is that some of the images give a size to how it feels in real life (although you really gotta see the art to get the feeling the art). I really liked it because it gave such in-depth to a thing that has transpired around the stone age- literally.
