When do you give up on a dream? They’re All Going To Love You is a poetic and vicious look at forgiveness, romanticization, and ambition. Carlisle Martin is the daughter of 2 former ballerinas. However, when they divorced Carlisle only got to visit her father’s New York apartment a few times a year. There her idol, and her father’s partner, James live. James teaches her about dance, music, and literature. Although he’s not always completely there. Carlisle wants to be a dancer, she wants to be a daughter to James, and she wants to make peace with her father. This book is about what she will do to accomplish that, and the pain of having unreachable dreams and being unable to see them.
