A mystery/thriller is not the usual read for me, and I was not aware I was delving into such a book when I began. I am so glad I did though.

Halls has produced a fantastic Novel filled with intrigue and suspense. Providing little flickers of information or clues to keep you wanting more.

The characters were developed so well. You could feel the sadness, tension, fear or even get a funny feeling of unease just from description and character interactions. It was as if I was watching it play out before me.

Best of all I did not guess the stories secrets at all. And it was wonderful to have the story continue with explanation of the characters life after the great crescendo.

I look forward to reading more by Halls.
