This rating is almost entirely carried by my love for Easton as a main character. Their voice is just so perfect for me. A little rambly in this instalment, which makes the book a bit slow considering the length, but they can ramble to me any day. Not that the book is otherwise bad, but I definitely preferred the plot of What Moves the Dead more and also found it conceptually much more horrifying.
