A great conclusion to the series. Aelin’s character grew so much over the course of these books, and I’ve never been quite as pleased to see an HEA for another character before.
The several POV telling isn’t my jam, and I personally found Aedion’s, Lysandra’s, Nysren’s, and Chaol’s sections tiresome. I like their characters, and I was invested in Chaol in Tower of Dawn, but it felt like too many perspectives to have in one book. Also, I think Manon deserved her own book. Her character is amazing, and I loved seeing her arc.
Once I got to about 40%, it started picking up! And once I got to 60%, it was impossible to put down until it was done. The timing for this section of the story was perfect. I loved how it all wrapped up, and how we got to see all of the character’s from her past come together.
