This book was so relatable, I cannot even describe how much I needed to hear some of this.

Very much appreciated the authors’ vulnerability and candidness with readers. I liked how this was written by siblings, with a different focus from each one. I found myself more drawn to the memoir portion vs. the psychology and healthcare section.

But a great and important read!
