Fathers and Sons by Ivan Turgenev
4.0
It's the 'old Russian classic starter pack'. You got dramatic carriage rides, philosophical debates in various parlors and gardens, lush descriptions of the countryside, hands-on-the-waist romance, and even a duel all jammed into about two hundred and fifty pages.
Is it going to rock you like some of the beefier classics? Probably not. But the Animal House style 'where are they now' ending is fun.
