A book that is less about mental illness and more about how rich people get to bypass the NHS

I first read this in 2021 but despite not really enjoying it, it was one of those books that never got out of my mind. So I re-read it and while it still has the sweetie-darling, darkest-timeline AbFab tone that makes it hard to take seriously at times, Martha’s experiences hit me waaaaay different now that I’m about to turn 30 and just got an AuDHD diagnosis. So there’s that. It feels like one of those books I’ll keep revisiting when I need it, and maybe it’ll mean a different thing to me each time.
